Andrea (Glazer) Ferguson, known throughout the industry as “Dre,” brings a unique combination of discipline, creativity, and composure to every event she leads.
A Kentucky native and former nationally ranked equestrian, Dre spent years competing across the U.S. in 3-Day Eventing and made two international appearances on the USA Maccabiah Show Jumping Team. That world shaped the way she leads today, with precision, resilience, and the ability to perform under pressure when every detail matters.
After graduating from Auburn University with honors in marketing, Dre began her career in Melbourne, Australia at the Victoria Racing Club, home of the Melbourne Cup Carnival. Immersed in the scale, pace, and hospitality of world-class sporting events, she discovered her passion for creating unforgettable experiences.
She later returned to the U.S., producing experiential events for leading agencies and global brands before founding Events by 210 in Miami.
